missing sat 82/91 hd channels

Hi, I have noticed missing HD channels on my dreamlink T-5. Its been in the last week TLC and History have stopped working and I have scrambled channel come up. Any idea on what I have to do to get them back? and by what means?
I suspect transponder change maybe? but not sure what to do to get channels back.

have you done a Fresh Scan for channels on 82/91, are you getting any messages besides scrambled channel, showing up on TV

Its an old two head dish 82/91 using dish lnbs. There are 4 lines going to a 4 way switch (two are US sat). The Can feeds are paths 3 and 4 on switch. Can't remember which kind of switch. All sats switch correctly but as I said lost His and TLC on 82 "scrambled channel" when we turn on to them. I have done fresh scans but solar not helping. No other messages. I was told to switch ports last week and maybe since then the channels not working not sure

I would disconnect all lines from switch, hook up direct to receiver, first 82 and scan sat, then hook direct with 91 & scan sat.
See if the missing channels scan in and work for 82 etc. Does the Provider you are with, list those channels you are missing
as working etc. ?

to port 54321 ?

if so your on cache only and if no one on them channels they will not work

your box kept sending usa request to the bev port so you got moved to cach only is my guess if your port got switched to 54321

Yes now on 54321. My guess is our internet kept cutting out and freezing. That's maybe why all the request info to server. Anyway what can I do to fix this? Us isn't woking right now anyway hasn't since May .

then get rid of it so it stops making requests

yes disconnect the us lines from your switch and or fta box
then pm me your username and i can put you back on main port and we can see if that fixes issue for you

Shut off USA server: Heres how too
Press Menu, Configuration, Network Settings, Server setup Press Blue Button, 0000
Turn Off USA server in the list, it should say OFF
Press Exit, Do you want to save YES, than press Exit, Exit Done.
Now this server should be OFF for good and no more BAD requests to North server. hope this helps

Thank you auggie, Simon templar and Sat9182. I disconnected US feeds to switch added the old channel list and and rescanned 82/91 individually and everything appears back to normal.
