Not really my friend i have a scanner that came with 16 million variations of macs and not just the typical
it also has the ability to generate in any variation you want and an unlimited amount.
As soon as a server goes online it is found! There are thousands of ppl scanning for new nginx.apache etc servers everyday.Often they are just leaked out by former clients some even get a sub and when they do they scan for more. This not only applies to macs but username/passwords as well.No mac variations doesnt really matter
have you seen some of the username and passwords found lol i had one that had 32 characters found it!

The best way i have seen yet is hiding behind cloudfare as they ban your ip while scanning.
There is a way around this if you have a static ip you can use open bullet to force your ip to change.
they will work then.

all my boxes I believe are getting hacked specially the ones on stb emu pro app .. I believe they are targeting the standard mac addresses..I leave the app running all the time
I find the when I turn the tv off .. and turn it back on again the app freezers and you have to reload the porthole again manually.. annoying
also when your watching something the app kicks you off automatically and you have to restart it again

Dont get confused by this they are going after the server here
and simply found a working mac.I doubt that they got all your
servers on your stbemu but would not rule it out.If you purchased more than
one mac of the same server at the same time then it is possible it depends on the
mac combo list being used.

If your concerned about being hacked dump those mag boxes
informir has ben totally hacked they can get the ip your using and in some cases
your home address through open bullet if you know your stacks.

About the myth of one connection i rarely see bans for using a hacked mac/username/password
account most of the time they will move that extra ip from a m3u8 to a .ts stream
which could cause what you are experiencing the shut down those transport streams
will cut out after a few seconds but return after restarting them.Thats why you see tons
of freebies most will get more than one of a server so they can find someone not watching
when they do it will work as if they were the owner.

It started with usernames and passwords. For those whom dont know
finding macs and usernames/passwords is very easy to do.Lets make this easy
to understand. When you buy a sub they give you dns or an ip address to their server
depending on the service they give you or you chose a username/password.You can obtain
the playlist by downloading it from the net by lets call it a script this script is used
in a brute forcing type software that contains the script. The script is coded in a program like
visual studio to give it a fancy interface. In the coding the script tests the dns/ip with a combo
list of usernames/passwords these lists can be unlimited in size lets go with a million combos
what are combos? Combos is a list of usernames/passwords lets say bill as a username and 1234
as a password.A list will look like this

bill 1234

1234 henry

7yt8gjyro furhtndhe

[email protected] 1234

iwanttogohome 76jhituy8rn

475yhft85hhfyurjrg jfgyrergnerghhhyfgj

just a few examples

Wow wait a minute how does a tool get these. The script is coded
to match the usernames/passwords with the dns/ip address of the servers to the
list of one million usernames/passwords.It will test each combo until it finds a
legit combo of the server it is reffered to as a "Hit".In my testing of these programs
a "hit" can happen is just a few minutes to a few hours depending on the amount of
clients on the server.

These tools some are coded to get just iptv but others watch out they can do a lot more.
Netflix hulu hbonow disney+ infinity subway burgerking starbucks paypal bitcion Facebook....................

Now compile this with thousands of ppl whom are using these softwares.

This is very good information. Can you give an example of what a mac scanner looks like and what we could use it for?

Sorry if this is considered a hijack :innocent:

maybe I'm confused ....don't servers have anti- brute force software that disconnects suspicious inquiries after 3-5 tries, & capturing offending address or does the brute-force software spoof a different address for each inquiry?

Well, first of all you just revived a 10 month old thread :)

Secondly, I appreciated you curiosity, but don't think it is a good idea to discuss actually hacking tools in this open forum. We do like to keep it as "clean" as possible. And the fact that many operators visit this forum, don't think they would appreciate being a target, since it can take a toll on a server.

A few minutes on google, and I am sure you will find piles of discussions, and links to many existing tools.

Keep in mind that there are plenty of lists that are released on other boards on a daily basis with servers/mac combos. Some are dead before anyone gets a chance to try them, and others can last a few days, or weeks. And if you are lucky enough to find one that lasts for a few months.

It is the cat & mouse game like anything else.

Some do, some don't.. :) So that is why you often see the same servers over and over again on these lists that circulate.

Some have added all sorts of other options (like tokens, serial numbers requirements, user/pass along with MAC, and other binding options). Makes it a little more difficult, but there is nothing that is 100% secure. The closest thing to secure, is an AirGap network.

stalker and xc no the ones that do can be sometimes solved using proxies.also a procedure called retries....
