EPG off

Just wondering as to how to fix epg off by 3 hrs, I already try to configure and set the epg offset on configuration and set it to +3 hrs, but still off by 3 hrs..if anybody know the solution, thanks

UTC =Universal time coordinate. It used to be known as time Zulu.
