Buzz XR 4000 sound

Some channels I loose the sound some times will come back by changeing channels sometimes not
It is the provider or my Box and how to fix ?????

My 4500 does that as well at least once a day,channel change brings back the sound

how come there is no response from the powers that be about the issues mentioned above? i've gotten a few complaints about this same issue, but don't know what to say to them?

that is not what i'm talking about... someone posts a question in a thread, at least answer the question in the thread, so at least those who are experiencing the same issues can quickly see what might be the cause. that's it... i've inquired about many different things thru pm, and have gotten responses 99.99 percent of the time. so what your telling me is that to get an answer, you have to only pm?

You pay anything to to this site for support?I think not.IF anyone has anything pertinent to add, they will.The help ethic at this site is second to none.If you DIDN'T get an answer to your question, it's because no one has one, at least yet, or the person with an answer for you hasn't read your post stating the dire situation you are in.Go to Buzz for support:that's who has your money...not Satfix.

Which player are you using on Live TV when this happens?

Secondary or Default?

You can find this out by simply pressing the Menu button when in Live TV
Going to Configuration
Going to Player.

You will see the 2 players listed in this menu.


Also are you running the latest update

However I think the mods here handled it properly.

Ok thanks it is version 4.0.476 I cant find firmware on my menu
I was using default I will trt secondary right now seems to be working has in the last week sound on and off at different times
so I will let you know what happens from now on

Using secondary should fix it I was told to use itt
