As i messaged you you uninstall the version you have and reload the software The software version that comes with the lastes filw works

Anyone know what version of Netflix is fully working with xrs4500?

The one I have will play movies & shows etc. But the issue I have is that the main page of Netflix will not move up or down to show different selections. I do have a blue tooth remote (Arc100) and the arrow and page up/down key have no effect on the main screen. Is there a setting that will enable those features?

the version that comes installed works on the 4500
Do you have the arq 100? Its not bluetooth
If you have the arq enable mouse and hold ok button down to scroll

As I said already if it has buzz on it and has a keyboard its not bluetooth

So the ARQ-100 isn’t bluetooth? I found many adds that list it that way. That’s why I thought it was.

Anyway thanks for the help. We’re able to navigate the pages of Netflix by pressing the ok button &holding down to move.
As for the version it’s on the latest update and works fine.

rf stands for radio frequency
and you don't need to use both buttons
it's an air mouse
press ok and move remote ;)
