T5 clones

I just purchased a DL T5 on Ebay,it was advertised as a **Genuine Dreamlink HD FTA Satelite Receiver PVR I just got it and as said has some scratches, but running great. is there a way of telling if its a clone, the set. on my old t5 has TFT5 at the start of the ser. #, on the one I just purchased ser.# ta1aa, no mention of the model, do I have a clone

no way to tell If they are making clones there has been no evidence of any
the dreamlinks are made in korea

thanks: its no way like mine, even in the ser. number on mine TFT5, not his, no led lite on the front, so nothing as its missing things on the inside
