Buddy of mine had the power flicker and now the box doesnt show any signs of life.....No lights, nothing.
Is there anything that can be done or is it useless now?

Didnt know how long the warranty is....Just says limited warranty in US and Canada. Sent them an email

From Amazon. They just replied and asked me for receipt of payment cause they say its out of warranty. The receipt I just sent them has it purchased Feb.25/2020. Guess the warranty isnt a year.

Buzz RMA. They had me create a ticket and replied that it was out of warranty and asked me to send a pic of the receipt. When I did, they told me to ship just the unit to them.

it probably showed on their records as being over a year old
Did they say anything after you provided receipt?

Yeah, to ship it to them. I assume that means they will replace it.

Received the boomerang back today in working order. It ended up being a bad power supply. Cant beat the support!
