Cannot get response from server! Connect service fail?

This morning had issue with Wicked using Buzz2 TV app " couldn't get response from server!". Also " connect service fail" trying manual update. Ethernet or WiFi work fine with all downloaded apps including Wicked App. Have reset all portal info, cleared catches, cleared data numerous times.Do I need to do "hard reset" ? Will I lose all downloaded apps? Thanks in advance.Ver.352 updated 03/16/2020

I've gotten that message a couple of times recently message states to reboot
a reboot or switching to a different server has worked
after switching I could go back to wicked and it loaded

I did. Downloaded Wicked TV app works fine on Buzz3900 using Ethernet or WiFi. It won't work with Buzz2 TV.

Tried switching to empty portal, reinputing info . Same " cannot get response from server" switched back same. For some reason Buzz2 TV & manual update won't connect with either Ethernet, WiFi, or both. All other downloaded apps (Wicked, speed test 85mb Up/Down, Google etc.) work fine on 3900.

Not on Buzz2 portal settings. Not using Mac. User & Pass

then try it cause I can connect to wicked on user/pass using that url on a 3900

Thanks that fixed it. Lost all my favorites but Buzz 2 TV is working.

it only stores favourites by url so now that you changed it(fixed it) that happens
