buzz xrs4000 Stuck

Last night I was trying to reset my box and while it was rebooting the power went off for a couple of seconds and after that, the Box got stuck on (Google service framew... keep stopping) I restarted the Box several times I could go nowhere from there, any other way to reset the Box? Any suggestion would be appreciated thank you

There is a reset button in the av hole on the back of rave It’s near the top and can be tricky

take a toothpick and push button
then follow onscreen menu

unplug the box
push in reset button and hold while plugging box in
