This is also happening on buzz 3000 boxes.
Ez media box isn’t doing that because stalker was updated the other day.

Yes I have to crank volume way up on surround sound for Boomerang.
If I just use TV sound TV needs to be set at 60 for Boomerang compared to 35 for Dreamlink.
Seems to have got worst with last update.

I’ve done everything to this box and still it loses volume.
Time to unplug it and use another box.
When it was a kangaroo box it never done that. Ever since it updated to buzz it’s been losing volume. Like someone hit the mute button.

Yes was not happy with new updates .............so I sold it and ordered another Dreamlink.
I find the new 2019 Dreamlink Dlite is just as good, the same price and easier to operate for some people.
does channel renumbering.
better VOD info
Don't have to reset VOD to 'new releases' every time.

no volume issues here. Have been running box for over a week and working very well. no issues whatsoever. runs very close to my 3000 sport model. the only thing I have noticed is the picture quality compared to the 3000/4000. slight difference. All in All great box.
