lets just hope it did not poop during his visit, must have watched from the bushes on how to remove the covers otherwise it would have just torn them off

A locking cove may help, but as Gates07 stated all they will do is rip it off.

I use cinder blocks on top of the cover to keep my Dogs out of the hot tub, they learned how to chew the lock straps off......
