stuck on boot up screen

after taking the update my box is now stuck on the booth up screen how can this be fix?

there is a reset button located at the back of the av hole near the top

Mine did that after the update...all I had to do is unplug it. Working great.
Now officially a buzztv box.
Miss the blue colours...little tired of orange lol
Box is working very well.
