I want to use a Sandisk Cruzer Glide Flash Drive for my DL T5 HD what would be the highest amount of storage in GB that would for on that box?

I have found that using a Sandisk Cruzer Glide Flash Drive that is only 15GB, but the new Sandisk Flash Drive is 256GB and will not work with the PVR.

Has anyone had the experience with the Flash Drive for this besides using this to load a new bin?

Thanks in advance.

I believe it comes down to power issues, all the equipment (LNB'S,SWITCHES,etc.) the DL's need to power/run where it seems to have problems, any large size drives for pvr use should be self-powered for it to work properly, SSD drives use a fraction of the power
compared to regular HD's. with flash drives I have found 4-16gb seem to work OK.

Thanks, as far as SSD drives go I used the Samsung Portable SSD T5 500GB USB 3.1 External SSD and it did not work for me it froze up just like the portable external had drive that needs power from the Dreamlink.

I was wondering would it make a difference as long as it is formatted as FAT32 if one of those external self-powered hard drives were over the 500GB up to 1TB because most of those lucky to find them at least right now 2-3TB.

Would that still work even though the storage is alot higher for the Dreamlink?
