I have a Buzz box xr4000 sometimesit wont turn on with remote i have to unplug it.Any help emailed Buzz no reply martys

Do you have HDMI CEC turned on, on the box??

You can check this from the home screen
Go to settings, Go to Advanced settings then go to HDMI CEC

If it is off, try turning it on
If it is on, try turning it off
