Ultra HD v30 ....no signal

I got a new jinx box ultra HD v30. I am trying to get signal but no luck. Do
I need to add a file? Other boxes I bought I didn’t need to do anything. I even
Swapped out the Jb200 to make sure that wasn’t the problem. Thanks in

The clones are ready right out of the box.Check your settings & your dish positioning for the 4th time.

well fixed it after almost 6 hours frustration.....wrong power adapter end got plugged in....
