I have a Xrs4000 with two non mac logins. When changing from server 2 to 1 and back to 2 i get an error. Going from 1 to 2and back to 1 no issues. I was able to try the login on my phone for server two and it seems to lock me out of there too. There doesn't seem to be an issue if using phone alone. Any ideas?

You're using streaming line or m3u?

sounds like a server issue
