are you talking the arrows on the remote?
can he scroll through tv series?

yes, it's the arrows on the remote to scroll up, down, left and right
they don't work on tv series either.
my friend says,only way to make it work is activating the mouse

can you scroll through the epg ?
make sure mouse is disabled

have to wait for someone else to check that has the same software as you I have different software and i have no issues
I dont think it was an issue before however
You might have to reset box and let software load again

if the mouse pointer is activated then the arrows will not work..
