so that's the cost to a hospital? how do they expect anyone to cover that with out benefits?
what would happen if you didn't pay? what do they expect just live with it and die?

the title is a little misleading though
not often a knee infection would require a month in the hospital
must be a little more to it than that

There is a charge for "pulmonary services" so it must be a heart/lung issue.

makes me wonder if this person got staff infection from a shot in the knee, saw a guy some time ago that happened to spent a month in the hospital, knee was a mess

They have to charge a lot more now a days since they are being sued. <br />

in this state you can only get $350,000 if you sue, the Dr lobby got that pushed thru some years ago, $50,000 if emergency screws up the attorneys take the first 40% or more, you end up with a big tax bill, better off using roundup.
