I have firmware upgrade failed and now its stuck on screen with BUZZ TV. How to fix it ?

Have you tried the proceedure as outlined in Bot1's post?If so, try it again.

I tried couple of times to use pin reset but it did not work.

Also:if the unit is using ethernet,disconnect it as well.Just another distraction to the device.Keep at it as Herk suggested.Don't let the little devil get the best of you...lol

I was gonna suggest the same thing, helped to feel a click when pressed... while applying/inserting power connection simultaneously. Now a question if you know. I thought I had turned off auto updates/upgrades in settings when I initially set up box the first time.: found another setting under "about" ; updates; unchecked auto; now manual update visable. This doesn't revert back to auto when power is removed/unplugged. Will this save XPL3900 from future upgrade/update mishaps?
