Here we go again! Had Mag254 with Ok3 sub good to 12/09/19{December 9th 2019). Changed to Buzz XPL 3900 now when I check sub acct. expiry date changed to 09/12/19(September 12th 2019)??? Anyone else had this happen? Provider claims date is the same?

Perhaps it's just the date format...month/day/year as opposed to day/month/year.

No Buzz has September 12, 2019 in live TV acct, menu. Before Mag & email with acct. details December 09, 2019
are expiration date. Ok3 says date is the same! Clearly not! I will let you know if no change by September 12 .

It did not change your expiry date.Your expiry date is 12/09/19 which is sept 12 ,2019

OK you canooks like to do it different. 12/09/19(December 12, 2019) is how I have written every document over the past 60 years. Month/Day/Year. Frenchies like to do it backwards. My bad. Early onset dementia sucks🤐
