Dreamlink T5 intermitent freezing

Hi,

I have a brand new dreamlink T5 (3 weeks old). Everything was working perfectly until couple of days. Channels start freezing intermitently. I did not change my settings. Do you have any recommendations in which direction to troubleshoot?

Is it possible your provider is having issues?Read the forums to confirm/eliminate that.You can also try the default reboot everything approach as well.

If the module isn't seated properly it could cause that too. I would remove and reinstall
