O.K. I did what the video says to do...

I don't see where it is telling me to put in my User name and password...


all I am getting is Please contact your service provider... so I know I have the right URL in the box.

before you do that(which is wrong) did you do reset on site plus make sure mac matched?

Thanks for the helpIt doesn't have to be 00:1A:78:xx:xx:xx.But if you use 00:1A:79:xx:xx:xx there is a chance it could belong to a fixed mac box.In that case if the owner of the mac comes forward it will get deleted from your account.
