Video format for PVR

I am just curious what video format the PVR on the T5 uses when it writes files to the hard drive. I would like to view these on my computer which can be booted to either run Mac OS, Windows or Linux.

.TS I believe, but if you load one to a usb & put it in your computer, it should at least identify the file format.
