not connecting

buzz xpl3000 2018, running ok2... i get, connect timed out... internet is working well, movie app working well, just the ok2 and vod... cleared buzztv cache.... any ideas. it just won't connect.

Try hard booting by unplugging it.

did that too... i plugged out the modem, the router and the box... plugged it back in in the same order also....

This happens to me when it is my internet. So I troubleshoot the internet.

I would check your ok m3u, copy and paste it to your browser if a save box comes up its ok if not its not working.

Also make sure your mac hasn't changed:my 3900 will resst to factory with a software reset. not sure if the 3000 is the same.Other than that, you might want to try to connect from a friends house, or have your iptv provider check his end.

i was actually referring to the op`s ok2 sub.I pretty much leave the ok`s alone but
some services use macs instead of usernames and passwords an example would be

i dont know offhand what formats the ok`s use.

The reason i posted is because ok2 beastiptv vaders area51 etc. all have been cracked and
subs are posted everyday the ones posted to the public dont last long of course dont know
why they post them just part of the competition between hackers i guess.The ones kept private
can fly under the radar for days and weeks.Some are selling cracked accounts at a low rate.
For those who dont know they go after a services .ini with proxy and combo lists they use brute
forcing tools to find subs.There are some tools that are guarded that can create anonymous accounts.

i doubt the op has been a victim of these dastardly individuals but being the op has tried everything else
why not check the sub.The easiest way is to copy and paste your subs link format to your internet browser.
