I have been playing netflix movies on a laptop and can output on HDMI to TV however I like to maintain a library of movies for future viewing. I can record netflix in HD on my JVC SR-HD1250 and then burn to blu-ray which is great but I would also like to record a lot of movies in MP4 on a hard drive.

Just wondering what other people are using to record from netflix. I have used a couple of programs such as AnyDVDRecorder but it's not exactly what I would like. I want a simple way to record just the movie in MP4 without doing a "screen image recording". (if you know what I mean)

I want good quality for later viewing on the big screen.

Your comments are appreciated.

Yeah, I saw that but you have to pay to get the full version. I hate paying for software :grr:
