buzz 3000 video play back

my friend said he has been having issues with the video play back on a few different services with the 2018 buzz 3000
they said they even tried changed the player it worked before but this weekend it didnt help when trying to watch some vod's i just ended up downloading the movie

he said it feel like maybe some of the movies in question must be a format where the buzz player must not play because it works on most movies on various services.

maybe the power to be can look into it, maybe change to a player that plays more formats if its at all possible on the next update

right now he tried

small foot

its not playing the screen goes black and when he tried the other players nothing happens

so you had to change the video player to default in order to make it work?

he just downloaded the movie so the kids are watching he will have to try again when its over.
hope they can fix it to where one dose not have to keep changing players to watch movies

lately I just leave it on default for everything and no issues

well your on the old box im guessing


he is on the 2018
so when you start a movie it by default it plays

old defualt player


when he switched it to default or other options same thing just a black screen

well what we learned.........and referring to the one movie

the video player in the live tv settings controls both the live tv and the vod


when the live tv setting is at default the vod works

when the live tv video setting is on the internal player the vod dose not play that movie,
and when we tried to change the player while in the vod it dose nothing for it, it will not play the movie


conclusion is to leave the video player set to default in the LIVE TV setting.
