hi
have bought secondhand buzzxpl3000 have not yet received think its running 7.1

what is the problems with running this version have sent email to buzztv about downgrade and had email off them

unfortunately our office is located in Canada and shipping costs would be expensive. the progress of downgrading wont be available because the methods are not easy . People who want to downgrade often are not using other apks, using buzztv apk it will work find on android 6 or 7. if you plan to use kodi and other apk then we recommend android 6

has anyone sent these boxes back to company for downgrade what is postage cost & turnaround time

thank you
