They are many VPN providers out there, both free and paid android apps. Choose one of your liking, install and configure to your needs. Just remember with VPN there will be some kind of decrease in performance so when your channels take a while to click in, don't blame the buzz.

It depends on the vpn, the server you choose, the load on that server, as well as your distance from it (with regards to latency).
I use Nord& I run throughput tests on the server I favour on a regular basis:very seldom is there ANY difference in the test results. My throughput is a steady 45/10.These are my own results, of course, on a quality HTPC.

Some of the IPTV provider will not allow the use of VPNS and will cancel your connection or worse.

I'm assuming here a bit, but if you're talking about NFPS.....Whats worse than cancelling service?

Fire bomb your house. But I think what they do is discontinue it and if you email them they turn it back on with your promise not to do it again. It's just not worth it.

Very interesting comment.... What could really happen if the use of a VPN is detected on that service? Name the service so all and sundry can keep away from...

I think you all know, it's NFPS and Rocket. It's something about them checking to see that he ISP address stay the same. They have an option to set the ISP to the one the use has on their donation checker site. It's to protect against theft they say.

Your explanation of..."whats worse than cancellation" doesn't make much sense.
Maybe you were being a little over dramatic but saying "I promise not to do it again"....doesn't sound worse than cancelling service.

For clarity you get banned 3 times and your account is gone. But each time you have to explain why it was banned.Rules are rules i guess and your told this when you sign up so you have a choice to say no.I say if you have to worry about a Vpn then the server is to close. But if you think a vpn can't be traced then i don't know what to tell if they want you no Vpn is going to help(my opinion of course).

Why are you so antagonistic Surf. It's not that big a deal. We're just trying to explain what both NFPS and Rocket say about VPNs, not defending them. Lighten up pal.

Right, so I think a while back you said you were using OK2, OK2 with the buzz unit. With a VPN installed and an active OK2 sub it should be smooth sailing. And as someone mentioned earlier, depending on location the performance should not be affected. Some VPN have the option to auto connect to optimal server.
Good luck bro

Paid version - from google store.
Try the free version, see if that works so we can figure what maybe going wrong with the paid version.
Also what you can do, is try a different country to connect to in the paid version or use smart location feature. Change connection type to UDP

Changing to UDP worked. It was "Automatic" earlier. Do I lose anything by keeping it in UDP?
Thanks a lot!!!

Another option is to embed the VPN in the router. Some routers have VPN built in, but to get high speed transfers need a powerful fast CPU in them. ASUS routers with the MERLIN flash are very good, among others and DD-WRT supports many routers. Another option is to use a desktop computer to act as a VPN computer for your BUZZ box.

With an Asus router, there is a VPN tab in the setup menus. (client and server, you want client) Enter your VPN setup information, click on connect and then everything going through the router will go through the VPN. A google search will bring up many tutorials on the VPN function of these routers. Firmware builds of DD-WRT and MERLIN will have VPN functions as well. Start by seeing if your router supports DD-WRT VPN or MERLIN.
