Cardiovascular Exercise

The older we get the more important it is to incorporate exercise into our daily routine. This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health and maintain muscle mass.

If you're over 50, you might want to take it easy at first, then do more repetitions as you become more proficient and build stamina. Warning: It may be too strenuous for some.

Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

I'm 74 and my doctor keeps telling me to exercise so I will start this NOW.

I've got another exercise that works pretty well..................more like up and down and no scrolling

I'm 74 and my doctor keeps telling me to exercise so I will start this NOW.Lol you can't get away from the tv long enough.So it needs to go down for a little while that way you can find time.Then you can exercise along with the Richard Simmon's Vhs. :tehe:
