Hosed Jynxbox Ultra HD V 30 Need Help

New here so don't be too rough on me. I moved my Jynxbox Ultra HD V 30 from one room to the other and when I turn on the power button on the back the red light flashes once and I have no display or anything. I have tried several things like loading a firmware file to a usb and it does act like it is reading the usb drive, will do a lot of flashing then get down to intermittent flashing but still no luck. Anyone know how to get this thing to take a firmware file. There is no serial connector. Thanks

There is no serial to usb only usb to serial. The receiver has no serial connector Male or Female.
