what's going on

my buzz box is totally not operating properly at all.... does anyone know if the buzz folks are aware of these issues, or if they are working on fixing the issues that has been plaguing us for the past month or so...? the epg takes anywhere between 6 and 18 seconds to change.... timed it myself on multiple stations... when changing stations, it takes anywhere between 5 and 10 seconds for the channel to show.... before these last couple of updates, the box was working flawlessly. i am totally not a happy camper right now..... and trust me, i emptied all caches.... any others suggestions? internet is 120 mbits.... on wifi.... my other tv runs stbemu app and is working really well.... on wifi also, so it's not my wifi....

did you uninstall the buzztv updates and let them reinstall?

no, did not do that.... how do i do that? plus, when i press my volume, the volume thingy that pops up doesn't pop up anymore...

just a heads up I am using a buzz 3000 os 6 version and a basic and I am not having your issues with either box
I was having an issue and that fixed it

thanks a lot bro! really appreciate your advice! i'm using the buzz 3000 os 6 also.... definitely gonna try that. when updates are uninstalled, is there something that says reinstall or will it automatically start to update on its own?

They removed the last update from their server because the problems they have with the black screen.

Deleting all and then updating?

i uninstalled the updates, but was still having some issues... so i ended up switching players to internal and i've been pretty much ok, but the EPG still kinda gives problems from time to time....
