dreamlink t5 help

Hello i have a dreamlink t5 cant connect it was working a few months ago. my donation is current , ethernet is good and signal any suggestion.

The sat service for Rocket and NFPS is gone now. IPTV only.

Are you using it for northern provider?

Yes richie lot of iks are shut down like i lost 6 months of service but lots of great providers on here richie

I have been using this unit for acouple years now with iks.
Acouple weeks ago it started started doing the reboot thing.
I redid the factory reset & loaded the latest bin....still not connecting.
Using the same iks provider !
Any suggestions....maybe my stb has gone bad.

Turn unit off and then disconnect satellite in. Turn it back on and see if it's still rebooting. If it is you Power Supply (PS) might be bad, try another. If it's not reboot in it could still be your power supply or it could be an old LNB pulling to much current, they do that over the year. It can also be a bad connector at switch or LNB. Try tune just one sat then the other to see if it only reboots on a given sat. If it does it may be that LNB or associated wring (connectors) and switch.

you need a new power supply . you will get scramble channel message on your screen. go on amazon and buy a new power supply.

If it turns on etc. but no sats & not connecting to the server.....it's the pwr supply ?
Isn't the power plug that's put in....is that pwr supply ?
Wud a T4 dreamink electrical cord work on a T5 ?
It's excatly same mod number....nothing has changed
