connection issue

can anyone tell why I can not connect my buzztv xpl 3000 (onyx black) to internet. I also have dreamlink t1 and I confirmed both my wifi and ethernet works fine on dreamlink but not on buzztv xpl 3000.

go into settings then wifi

in there you have to turn wifi device to On
