Xpl3000 resolution

So I've had 3 versions for this one the first release with round it antenna,the second release with flat antena and the 3 one the sport edition which comes in 2 colors bottom black or red ,all that I test no problem on showing me the resolution of the connection source 4k2k-60hz which is the correct one because I have a 4k tv connection,but when I give it a test to the latest sports edition with red color bottom the screen resolution goes only to 1080p-60hz(I did the latest updates), any one has this problem?

Are you watching true 4k shows? Or is the show coming in on 1080p-60hz?
With my 4k if the show isn't broadcasted in 4k then tv wont be 4k.

I'm trying-watching a 4k movie but on the settings at the resolution screen it shows me that the Buzztv is on 1080p :( I don't see any options to select 4k resolution from the list

Go to settings then to display then click on screen resolution and look to the right and see if you can set your tv to what you want.
Can always try a different HDMI cord to.

I just set mine to auto

Seams like the HDMI cord was the problem ,but I never had this problem with other Buzztv boxes,so weird

HDMI cables break like phone chargers etc etc...
