So much stuff happened in this migration. Better server (CEPH storage cluster). PHP5.6 -> PHP 7.1; fcgi -> PHP-FPM; memcache -> OPcache + APCu. vBulletin 4.22 -> 4.25 (consequently had to update some PHP code with regard to arrays). Debian 6.3/CENTOS 6.9 -> CENTOS 7.4. MySQL DB repair/optimization. SWAP file optimization. Sphinxsearch upgrade. Fixed lots of minor issues along the way.

Before the front page would take ~9s to fully load; now 2.41s.

Also, added SSL (HTTPS) and additional edge caching (CDN) for more scripts and image files.
