Anyone else having wifi issues with this box....It drops out constantly. I have a smart home with many wireless gadgets ,thought it might be the reason....but its not tried at 2 other homes with the same results. The latest update did nothing to correct this problem. I may be looking into dropping back to factory software. Any input would be helpful as hard wiring is not always an option.

The poster says he has a lot of devices on his network.
So my guess is he has to many things on his Wi-Fi and doesn't have the speed for all.
To many things on Wi-Fi and not enough speed for all is prolly his problem. Other devices hogging wifi signal.
I've seen this happen with other people. It isn't the box.
I've seen iPhone etc freeze a TV box.
So I would say upgrade the internet for faster speed.
I have very fast speed for internet. I can do many things on my network and never does my buzz box lose connection on 2.4 to 5 gig

isolated issue, probably a faulty connection between the modules interanlly, could always open er up and take a peak, likely void your warrenty though
