0000 on Dreamlink T5 front display

Don't know what happened, but T5 went to 0000 on front display.........Prior to this, ie. the day before, showed no signal on 110, 119, 129....... Shut off STB from back and when rebooted, went into boot loop and then finally stopped at - - - - on front display........Loaded boot loop repair file and got out of boot loop, but now 0000 on front panel again and will not respond to remote (have 2 but neither will get me past 0000 on panel to get to main menu etc.).........Just frozen at 0000.
Appreciate any help/suggestions..........Thx.

Go into menu ,set up your sats and scan

Sorry for confusion on my part......I loaded the boot repair by USB, but now frozen at 0000.......STB doesn't change from this with either of 2 remotes that have been used on this STB prior to problem.......
