Just wondering what I need to power the Satellite LNB with the DP44 power supply. I want to eliminate using the power from the Jyxbox considering it keeps burning up the tuners.
This is the equipment that I have. What else would I need to power just one Jyxbox to one T.V.
Any help would be appreciated greatly.

That power supply should work going into port 1 on the LNB. Run coax from the side to antennae, then run a line from port 2 on the LNB to the receiver. Do no put the power inserter inline with the receiver. Those were originally designed to work with the DPP44 switch. It could possibly give you an issue without the switch, but should be fine.

The DPP44 power inserter will work fine with that D1000 LNB, as Harry3456 said it needs it's own coax out to the LNB's #1 port to run it right.
Then you should have no problems with the receiver running off the #2 port of the LNB. I even think you can have the LNB power turned off in the menu settings as the LNB is externally powered from a second source. (I have never tried this so please report back if it does or does not work)

Guys, Thank you very much for the help on the DPP44
I've never used one and this help will prevent me from frying my equipment.
I'll give that a try and report back here...
Best Wishes
