Heres is the question I have two setups

First system is a dreamlink t5 going to a 4x1 DiSEqC switch then port 1 to 119 its own dish with a standard dual linear lnbf and port 2 to110 also its own dish with a standard dual linear lnbf

System two is a subscription Bell 9241 it has two lines out to a separator then one line to a DPplus single dish.

Now my question is it possible can I run a other line from my DPplus to my DiSEqC switch to ports 3 and 4 .I used to run a pansat back in the day and I swear up and down i did this before but now im old and cant remember how it was done ,or somehow my dish was replaced to a DPplus or they upgrade my receiver and dish im just not sure, any help would be appreciated.

Or how about if i take the line of the back of my Bell remove the line from my dreamlink and hook up bell line to the dreamlink and setup my bell in there ? Just have to figure out the proper setting I know it will be a pain in the but but can that work ? But if you guys figure a way to do this as my origanal post that would be fantastic

didnt think the twin worked through the diseqthe dpp can run 3 sats to one feed
pretty sure I used it years ago for 110/119/129 and another dish pointed at 82/91 using an sw-21 and all going to a diseqc

So if i go from my Dpplus its only a single line to a a dpp seperator then to port 3 and 4 on my DiSEqC switch it should work ? Then set my setting in dreamlink to 81 at port 3 and 92 at port 4 ?

if you run the bell receiver to the dreamlink lnb type would be dishpro or dishpro1 and you would set 91 to port 1,82 to port 2
I never used the dishpro equipment on the dreamlink when I had one so the settings might be named different
you could also check the switch forum for some pics ,might find a set-up

Okay thanks everyone but I think ill just leave my Bell alone and set up my old 81/92 dish with legacy eagle lnbf run two cable to my DiSEqC switch port 3 and 4 and should work just fine..Was trying not to do this route but looks like it will be easier .Thanks for all your replies.Just Like some kids the DPP and old school lnbf don't get along.

The problem with running the DPP to your diseqc is that they both work on diseqc-protocols so you will probably have switching issues on the FTA side. What you can try is running your diseqc into one side of a SW-21, then running a cable from the DDP to the other side of the SW21, then the SW21 goes to your FTA receiver. Your settings on the FTA receiver will change to something like this.......

110 > sw21 dish1 > diseqc 2
119 > sw21 dish1 > diseqc 1
91 > sw21 dish2 > diseqc 1
82 > sw21 dish2 > diseqc 2

You will not have to change any setting on the Bev 9241

And the best way to set this up without switching headaches is to use all the same type LNB's and they should all be DPP singles, (one LNB per satellite) this way you can use a Diseqc switch on all satellites.

Note: A DPP single LNB will have two outputs, just use one output on the LNB to the Diseqc switch for each satellite.

And I would make it a separate system, (2 dishes, 4 LNB's) leave your Bell system alone.

And one other thing, you will be missing HD programming from 129W, for this you will need a third LNB on the 110/119 setup (and maybe a better dish) then you would have to use a 8x1 switch.(this gets a bit more complicated)
