Missing Channels For The South

Anyone else missing alot of channels for the south ?

Yup. Only some channels in the 300s r up. A few in the 100s
181-187. Seem to be up.

No high def and just some in 180s to 190s no 300s all the rest are down.

Everything is working great....but still can't ch 239 to work just scrambled channel.
Does anyone know why ?
