what file to use?

hi guys
i am using 102 on my T5.....i noiced a file update banner on top of my tv screen this morning ....so it begs the question
what file works....because i dont know if its my provider since channels are scrambled 0r the file. Any advice?
I am on a server that gives me D*** but not up today

thks....but if i had to is 106 file working

106 is the latest file with the updated tp info for dn
102 wont work for 110 and 119 unless you update tps manually
