I am having some trouble with my Dreamlink T5 HD rebooting by itself every day or two.
Will this File Dreamlink_T5_bootloop upgrade file.txt work for DL T5 HD rebooting by itself automatically?
I have downloaded the file already, and if this the one that will remedy the issue I will unzip it and just place that on a usb flash drive.
Thanks in advance.

I tried with instructions with the Dreamlink_T5_bootloop upgrade file.txt and it worked so far.
It did reboot again because the last step it says to do a factory recovery and that would mean factory bin...factory recovery...newest bin then factory recovery again.
Should I have skipped the last step for factory recovery or is it the newest bin that is giving me the auto reboot on my DL T5 HD?
If someone can help me please let me know.
Thanks in advance.

after loading any sw file you do a factory set nothing else, you would not load factory file again

Yes, but after I load the sw file, and do a factory set it would mean just to do a rescan of sats and channels in the Dish Settings Menu...Correct? not to have to load even the newest bin again.
That is where I went wrong before doing a factory set then factory bin then newest bin.
Could that be the reason why I get this auto reboot?

Disconnect the cable to dish and see if the box still is doing the rebooting.

Yes I have done that before and no issue plus I do have grounding to the dish too.
Actually after using that Dreamlink_T5_bootloop upgrade file.txt and read the post from nobodyspecial did a factory set without any loading of factory file and newest file.
I just did a rescan of sat and channels from the dish settings menu....no rebooting so far.
Thanks.
