Losing the channels on Dreamlink T5

Everytime I turn off the receiver I am getting this message "Changed IP Information saving, please wait". Then when I turn the receiver back on, there are no channels, and no signal. I have to scan for the channels, and then I get the channels back. The satellite is 82 and 91. Please help.

The message is normal on the dreamlink
Load factory file ,factory set ,load latest file ,factory set
If that doesnt help all you can do is load your channels on a usb then reload back to rcvr when it happens
