im thinking ok adding in a dish at 77w. i just have a question, what will happen with the channel numbers that overlap 110,119,129? like in the 300s? will i have some channels that are both 302 etc? i have a jynx v30.
thanks

you need to make sure your server supports 77... most do not. be a waste of time to add it.

anytime you add multi birds you have a chance of runover.

yes it supports 77...but my question is will 77's 300 channels be in the guide with the 300's from 110,119. i will have like two 302 channels, etc?
thanks

I don't know if the channel numbers would be the same, but I think they would be. But I do know channel 302 is not on the 77 satellite, it's on 72.7.

You will get duplicate channels......But why add a satellite that has duplicates to the 110/119/129 setup?

And will your system handle the extra DC load of another LNB?

they are numbered the same, but the channel is different.. 302,303, and 304 are all disney channels on 77w(dish mx). but of course they are HBO's on 110,119. I still have the extra port on the DPP44, with the power inserter, so it shouldnt actually put more load on the FTA receiver should it?

thanks

One thing also. Boomerang is 308 on 77w (dishMX)..But its not the same boomerang on 110,119 on 175...the one on 77w is boomerang latino....a lot of channels are like that even though the name is the same programming is different...Syfy also..

thanks
