sorry if i post this, in the wrong section.to all expert with the mobile cell i need your help, I can call and receive, i can receive text but could not sent a text message. this is the message i am seeing on the screen( sending failed check detail) provider has reset my plan and still i could not sent a text. can some tell what is the problem or do i need to send this machine for repair. thanks

My guess is that it is not the phone. If you can get text messages and regular phone calls then the hardware is all OK. It could be user problem, so you should review how to send text messages on that phone. Most likely it is the information used by your cell provider.

It has been awhile since I checked what you can do on-line, but you might want to google for a method to test you phone service. I recall that you can use the web to send yourself messages by entering text at a web site, but not sure if you can send text to a web site or email account as a test of outgoing service.
