Hello,

I've been having this on-going issue for a few months where I get disconnected/banned from servers for "messing up" channels. Ie. channel 700, 706, 100.

Do I have to update settings in the box? What does this exactly mean?

Well, you might want to off-line capture what the box tries to send to the server and post that with notes on what channel you are on when that packet gets sent out (satellite, TP, ch number, name, PIDs). There is really no way to guess what is happening w/o a little info. Not sure what you might have to do to capture the CW requests on your box as I don't have one.
You might also tell us what you are doing when you get banned/disconnected--just watching the channel, watching recorded shows, doing lots of surfing--that sort of thing.
My best guess is that you are sending packets as part of the CW request that are not right for the channel--ie old packets or something for ch500 when you think you are on ch700 (just an example), maybe making requests for one CaID that is not really allowed or correct for the satellite (say 0x1840 rather than 0x1841). CW requests contain the cmd07 ecm from the provider, CaID, PIDs, ch number in a format that the server can deal with--there are a number of format protocols--and that data has to match which satellites they have cards for (so if the IKS prov does Bell and not DN then you don't want to request CW for DN). There may also be an issue with "blank" channels--channels that are not active or not part of the card subscription.
