Fred passed way this afternoon at Princess Margaret Hospital this afternoon surrounded by family and friends!!!
He will be sadly missed.

Smokin Chronic was a very good friend of mine.
I will miss him more than anyone knows.
I will miss seeing him...I will miss our phone calls.
My heart is broken to pieces.
Tears of sadness for him and his family.
My life will not be the same no more as he impacted my life in a big way.
Ill never forget him.
Rest in peace Freddy-B you were a one of a kind person.
