xxx channels

i have a dreamlink hd box and can't get channels 486 to 493 xxx channels, any ideas why? 494 to 498 are ok.

Cant get? scrambled or not in guide?

the screen is just blank, doesn't even say scrambled channel? was told by my subscriber there is some info on how to fix but I cant find it here??
