Mygica 1900 crashes

Mygica 1900 crashes at least 4 times a day. When in kodi and using any application touching the remote 4 guick button pushes causes it to crash. the screen flashes and kicked out of kodi. When entering kodi again its acts as first time use and shortcuts are erased. Kodi is 16.1. It only happens when remote is pushed guickly 3 or more times. It's as if it gets confused and crashes. Done factory reset and reloaded everything but it still crashes. Run same thing on other machines but the mygica 1900 is the only one that crashes. Defiantly a remote vs kodi problem.

-There is nothing wrong with your remote or the unit it's self.....It is a software issue do to low voltage.
Also MyGica knows about this issue and now working on a fix....Mean while every time U turn the unit off
you will have this trouble.......So when U turn the unit off pull the power cord from the wall outlet not the
box......when U want to watch tv or movies again just plug it in again and it will load it's up again and it
will work fine.
