jynxbox ultra hd v3 connects but no picture only see free velocity ch

hello all i just setup this new jynxbox ultra hd v3 , not sure if its a clone but it came with firmware version 4.0.02 , and it connects to private server but no picture , im able to only see the free velocity hd ch , wich indicates its a file/firmware issue...can someone point me in the right direction as to wich file needed or if its a clone what to do...when it connects and no picture. so the server info is verified and working...any help is greatly appreciated thanx in advance...

thanx it seems to be out on sonicview hd box too , only the iptv box works from same server n _ _ s , so i guess ill know if this jynxbox works when the sonicview comes back up...ill keep you posted...
